Make a list of gifts that would please you this Holiday. Share it with your loved ones.  Making a list may be a new idea for you. Here are some ways to share it with those you know will be buying a gift for you, but who don’t usually ask for ideas.

You can email it with a message like, “I took some time to think about what would make a good Holiday gift for me. I would love for you to do the same thing and share it with me.” Or if you are sharing it within your household  post it on the refrigerator or in another obvious place with no  explanation. A simple title might be, “Some of My Favorite Things.”
