Let Others Encourage Your Child’s Talents and Interests.

    Make arrangements for your child to meet someone who shares his same interest or talent—either an adult or another child.
  • Help your child have a conversation with that person. If a talent is involved have the new person demonstrate his.
  • If possible plan ways for continued interaction – supervised online if necessary.
  • Investigate whether there are “clubs” or “associations” nearby that align with your child’s interests and talents.
