Never Too Old to Be Young

Monday’s Parenting Thought
Children can act young and still be growing up.
When they are acting much younger than their age – meet them at that young place – and then encourage them to grow up just a little.
  • For a toddler, crawl for a while, then practice walking.
  • For a school-ager, wrestle or climb for a while, then play word games.
  • For a middle- or high-schooler, cozy up and rub their backs, then help them be responsible by setting their alarm clock for morning.
