How much do you believe that it’s OK to be who you are and that you can become who you want to be?
To test this out: for the rest of this week, practice being like someone who is important to you.
Step One: Select one way you wish you were like that person. Maybe you wish you had the same hair color, got as excited about little things, had as much stick-to-itiveness, had a similar skill, etc.
Step Two: take one step toward becoming the person you want to be. For example, try a new hair color, allow yourself to show excitement about some little things, stick to a project and get it finished, plan to gain a new skill.
